I Recently purchased as a Kaskus Donatur yesterday from your online store.But when I relogin my ID number was unable to login.I thing I was login with a wrong password but I sure that my password was correctly.After a few momment I can login but suddently my ID kaskus can not get a tittle as a "kaskus Donatur".

Please immediately fix this problem with my ID or I will be forced to dispute the change on my ID card on kaskus with the nick name is "Donkykong".

additionally when I calling to your office and staff at this online store was very rude refusing the return and refused to let me speak to the manager.
